Important Notice: No Refunds Are Given

All purchases on bosswar.online (timed Boss rentals and Megaboss auction throne bids) are instantly-delivered digital advertising and global map display rights. As instantly performed digital services, they are excluded from any right of withdrawal.

When a Megaboss title is taken over by a higher bid (outbid), the previous payment is never refunded; the former holder’s name and details remain permanently displayed in the region’s history (Last 10 / Last 30 list).

1. Data Controller and Scope

By using the bosswar.online platform, individual users and company representatives are deemed to accept this notice, in line with applicable personal data protection regulations. Our platform is an independent web service that lets users gain digital visibility on a world map.

2. Data Processed and Purposes

When a Boss or Megaboss title is requested, our system collects and processes the following data:

Individual applications: Full name, website URL, profile image/logo URL, IP address.
Company applications: Trade/company name, tax or registration details, contact person, website URL, company logo.
Transaction and payment data: order reference numbers, amount paid, selected region and timestamps, processed via Lemon Squeezy. (Card and sensitive payment details are never stored on bosswar.online servers.)

This information is processed to publish your logo, name and website on the map for the selected country/city, to build history records, and to fulfill legal financial obligations.

3. Public Disclosure and Third-Party Sharing

By the platform’s core nature, the name/company title, logo and website you provide are shown publicly on the map and leaderboards to visitors worldwide. Anyone unwilling to have this data made public should not request a title.

Data necessary for payment and billing is shared with our payment provider Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com).

4. Your Rights

Data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information about it, and request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data. You may reach us through official platform channels for such requests.
